As a food writer I write/work on (cook)books. Mostly for clients, but I also work on one of myself at the moment.
For this book I interviewed several experts (Francois Geurds** – moleculair cooking, Jeroen Robberegt – menu & menuleer, Kim van Velzen – food trends, Jaap Sloof – BBQ, Hans van Triest – Finish and pass on dishes, Lotte Wolf – wine, Evert Schoonhage – cheese, Nils Hendrikse – ice & chocolate, Tess Posthumus – cocktails). Beside I wrote the chapter Working as a chef.
For this book I interviewed some experts (Lotte Wolf – wijn, Tess Posthumus – cocktails, Nadine Mögling – the stay of the guest). Beside I wrote the chapters Wine and Cocktails.
For this book I did the editorial coördination of the recipes and I organised some of the travels Bart van Olphen and David Loftus (Jamie Oliver’s photographer) made.
For this cookbook I developed some of the recipes, cooked some of the dishes and I did the editorial coördination. All in collaboration with Bart van Olphen and his food stylist Inge Tichelaar.
For this book - about food trucks in the Netherlands - I wrote as a co-writer. I interviewed and wrote about several food truck entrepreneurs.
